Nyungwe Forest National Park is home to Chimpanzee, it is one of the few remaining thick tropical rain forests in Rwanda. Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Nyungwe Forest National Park
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our company representative who will pick you up and transfer you to Nyungwe Forest National Park en-route we will visit the Nyanza Kings Palace, it is a place of great historical importance, continuing to the park to arrive for dinner and stay overnight at
One and only Nyungwe.
Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking.
Morning breakfast and transfer to the park center early in the morning, the forest hosts many troops of monkeys, notably the Chimpanzee, which are habituated for client visits, The Chimpanzee is an intelligent social species sharing up to 98%of the human DNA, and it takes 2-3hours tracking Chimpanzee and an hour is allowed while with the primates. Chimpanzees make loud charter sounds which you will hear even before meeting them, it is possible to meet more primates like the black and white colobus monkeys, and blue monkeys to mention. Day 3: Transfer to Kigali for Departure.
