Volcanoes National Park hosts five of the eight series of the Virunga ecosystem, it hosts endemics of the Rift Valley region, it is home to the Mountain gorillas – Gorilla Beringei and the Golden Monkeys, that live peacefully together in the forest area. Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our company representative who will meet and brief you on your adventure trip in Rwanda the land of thousand hills, we drive to the park for approximately 2 hours’ drive to the national park, arriving in time for lunch and an afternoon entertainment from the Iby’wacu community. Retiring for dinner and staying overnight at

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking
We will wake up to a morning breakfast after which we will transfer to the park headquarters for Gorilla trekking experience, briefing is carried out by the game rangers of the park, and in groups of eight, You will head into the forest to experience the primates, trekking gorillas takes 2 or more hours depending on how far the gorilla families have moved, they are social intelligent species, upon meeting the primates, an hour is allowed to interact and enjoy a picture moment, returning for dinner and stay overnight at

Day 3: Golden Monkey Tracking
Following breakfast, we will assemble at the park center just like the morning of Gorilla trekking, a briefing is done after which you will head into the forest in search of these lovely beautiful creatures, that are found in the lower land areas of the parkin the bamboo forest, they are pretty fast animals, so if you may need to take pictures, it is important to set the cameras ready to capture their puffy filled cheeks. Returning for an afternoon relaxation at the lodge while we wait for dinner and stay overnight

Day 4: Departure to Kigali
Following breakfast and your flight transfer, we will have a brief city tour in Kigali town, and then catch our international flight back home.
