Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport

Day 2: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

Morning breakfast after which we will transfer to Kibale Forest National Park, it is approximately 5 hour’s drive to the national park, driving through the beautiful hilly landscapes, hills, small towns, and beautiful villages growing a lot of Bananas and tea, we arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon relaxation or a guided nature walk at the Bigodi swamp area. Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

We will have a morning tea breakfast, we will transfer to the park visitor center Kanyanchu for the chimpanzee tracking experience, and a briefing from the park rangers will be conducted after which we will head into the forest in search of the primates, Chimpanzee are man’s closest species sharing up to 98% of the human DNA, they are social and intelligent species, tracking time takes 2-3 hours in the forest, they make beautiful loud charter sounds that you will hear even at a distance, you will be with the primates for an hour while watching at the young stars jump, roll and play around the tree canopies swinging from one branch to another. We return to meet our guide with a packed lunch and Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park through the Ishasha sector on a lucky day you will be able to spotthe the climbing lions. Day 4: Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

On this day, we will have an early morning breakfast and drive to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking experience, the briefing will be done in the morning time, and tracking is done in groups of eight, the walk in the forest is an amazing safari, along the trail, you will have the chance to spot another primate species like the black and white colobus monkey, L’hoest monkey. It takes 2 hours or more to find the gorillas, return after which we will transfer to Lake Bunyoyi, which is one of the deepest lakes in Uganda, arriving in the afternoon for relaxation at the lodge or by the Lakeside.
